Role Definition + Leading a team that provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Team Lead responsible for delivery of secure solutions and product maintenance for Salesforce platform across the Cat Financial implementation. What You do: + Provide consulting services to internal business groups on projects. + Oversees a team that analyzes, defines and documents client's requirements, and delivers systems capabilities, as necessary. + Monitors the implementation of cybersecurity standards and polices in projects or services. + Participate in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
