This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.

About the role

As a Team Lead - Omnichannel Program Excellence within our Bogota Hub, you will play a critical role in driving and optimizing the successful execution of omnichannel programs and tactics and act as a central point of coordination, ensuring flawless day-to-day project management, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across multiple channels and initiatives.

This individual will serve as a leader managing team who will be orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring delivery of tactics on time, within scope, and aligned with compliance and quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

Drive Hub strategy in alignment with Global business priorities  

Lead Hub resources and ensures improvement and development of individuals and the hub

Establish efficient ways of workings with other Hub Leads & ensure exchange across teams 

Oversee Omnichannel initiatives, campaign and tactics across multiple therapeutic areas and markets 

Manage Hub budget & resource allocation  

Handle vendor management  

Participate in key reviews with global & local leadership as a SME 

Design and optimize process governance campaigns allowing efficient marketing automation at scale  

Make business recommendations based on the data findings, create presentations to highlight recommendations and tell the story 

Identify major process inconsistencies and acts upon  

Orchestrate hub team workload and prioritization 

Ensure sharing and collecting knowledge across teams to establish a comprehensive cross-organizational overview 

About you

Experience:

8-10 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations.

5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare industries required.

5+ years of experience with omnichannel or digital marketing execution required.

Soft skills:

Stakeholder management

Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse, global and local stakeholders.

Ability to lead a team

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change.

Technical skills:

Strong expertise around Omnichannel operations 

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Asana).

Ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural, and global environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Education:

University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science)

Additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/business analytics/management/pharmacy/similar discipline is desirable

Languages:

Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
