Team Lead of Account Manager, Transparency
Transparency represents an incredible opportunity to raise retail industry standards around authenticity, product transparency, and supply chain tracking. Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global service which allows consumer brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain. The Transparency service is focused on preventing the receipt and sale of counterfeit goods both online and offline. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.


The Role:
We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead a group of Account Managers dedicated to brand recruitment and onboarding for Transparency. This dynamic leadership role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders worldwide, including Sales Operations, Product and Program teams, and Brand Support team. The ideal candidate will excel at inspiring and coaching their team to deliver exceptional business results while actively supporting individual career development paths. Beyond day-to-day team management, this leader will spearhead a cross-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) group focused on critical business domain initiatives. Success in this role requires strong people leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across global teams. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape both team and business growth while driving innovation in an emerging Amazon business unit. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a track record of developing high-performing teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and delivering strong business outcomes in fast-paced environments.
