We are looking for Team Lead II - EOL Testers. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Lead will lead the manufacturing activities as assigned at the Siemens plant in Wendell, NC
Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Hourly Rate: $30.17

Basic Qualifications
3+ years in a team lead / supervisory position 7+ years’ work experience in manufacturing environment Knowledge on all operations in the area, material flow and SAP transactions Experience in training programs. Must be able to use Microsoft office. Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects. High School Diploma / GED +5S/6S +Problem solving (A3, 8D, etc)Responsibilities:
Coordinate employees to fulfill the work schedule and serve as backup for the Production Manager when needed; perform additional tasks as directed. Responsible for cross-training actions defined by the Production Manager, including updating the training matrix and empowering the team through active involvement. Perform SAP transactions throughout the production process and access necessary documents related to manufacturing (e.g., SOPs, Safety Documents, Work Instructions). Update reports and files for area metrics/measurements, ensure tool calibration is current, and demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Identify and report production-impacting issues, proactively collaborate across departments to resolve them, and apply Lean principles such as 5S/6S, 8 Wastes mitigation, VSM, Kaizens, and Standard Work. Actively participate in cleaning equipment and work areas to ensure safety, while conforming to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies and promoting continuous improvement.About Siemens:

The pay range for this position is $30.17 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
