Job Description

Team Lead - LCS Projects Administration

Noida/Pune

As Team Lead - Project Administration, you will be responsible to achieve functional excellence in LCS Project administration (from Order Booking to Closure) and drive business productivity & Operational efficiency across, including adoption of technological advancements for process automation. Manage engagement for LCS Business in areas of GPO stream of Order Management & Invoicing (Projects Delivery Operations) and work with global partner to finds areas to reduce complexity, standardise and optimize the way of execution. You will report into Manager – GEBS Project Administration and will have a hybrid working. This position requires to provide effective strategic leadership to assigned organization.

You will report to MANAGER GEBS BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead / manage Business operations assignments (Customer order booking), which are moderate to high in complexity, following all relevant policies and procedures.Provide leadership to the assigned team to lead efficiency in execution.Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.Manage business process transitions and find areas to reduce complexity in executing the tasks as well as standardizing the way of execution.Ensure that you adequately document all audits (internal/external), and you deal with significant risk areas promptly.Engage with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for increased engagement, seek feedback on deliverables and to improve overall engagementEnsures deliverables provided by team are delivered within exceptional good quality on time and on budget with high levels of Internal Customer Satisfaction.Manage utilization of all resources and ensure accurate capacity planning.Manage resources appropriately and to assign right skills to the work.Work with required regional and domestic stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth processing of the activities/processes assigned.Demonstrate accountability for completing work assignments given in the form of process objectives & goals; meet commitments and deadlines.Manage and leverage the Business ops resources throughout different Regions for required supportLeverage resources to ensure the team to meet process requirements defined in Standard Processes also respects the Quality Management System processes.Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team.Create developmental plans for any identified gaps.Support best practice sharing and knowledge transfer among teams to improve competency of whole team.Lead and coach the teams in Operations including third-party resources to comply with RA standards and practices.Assess and develop competency and capabilities among the team.Encourage multi-skilling within the team to ensure better utilization.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor's Degree. Diploma / degree in Business AdministrationMinimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations.Typically requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process lifecycle (Projects / contracts delivery or fulfilment preferred).Have exposure to Global Work style, engagement with clients while sitting at remote locations.Willing to work in flexible business shifts / global time zones including NA/LA time zone to lead business stakeholder connectFlexibility to travel, 10% of the time, within and outside India (if required) to meet functional, client/ stakeholder teams
