Job Description

Job location: Noida/Pune

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead / manage Business operations assignments (LCS Service Contracts Delivery), which are moderate to high in complexity, in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures.Provides leadership to the assigned team to drive efficiency in execution.Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.Manages business process transitions and finds areas to reduce complexity in executing the tasks as well as standardizing the way of execution.Ensure that all audits (internal/external) are adequately documented, and significant risk areas are dealt with in a timely manner.Engage with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for increased engagement, seek feedback on deliverables and to improve overall engagementEnsures deliverables provided by team are delivered within exceptional good quality on time and on budget with high levels of Internal Customer Satisfaction.Manage utilization of all resources and ensure accurate capacity planning.Responsible to manage resources appropriately and to assign right skills to the work.Work with required regional & domestic stakeholders to ensure compliance & smooth processing of the activities/processes assigned.Demonstrates accountability for completing work assignments given in the form of process objectives & goals; meets commitments and deadlines.Manages & leverages the Business ops resources throughout different Regions for required supportLeverages resources to ensure the team to meet process requirements defined in Standard Processes also respects the Quality Management System processes.Manages team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team.Create developmental plans for any identified gaps.Supports best practice sharing and knowledge transfer among teams to improve competency of whole team.Leads and coaches the functional teams in Operations including third party resources to comply with RA standards and practices.Assesses and develops competency and capabilities among the team.Encourages multi-skilling within the team to ensure better utilization.You will report to MANAGER GEBS BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Experience in Customer Order fulfilment for a Projects / Contracts delivery organizationA conceptual and out of the box thinker with proven track record of establishing processes, SOPs, streamlining workflow and creating teamwork environment to enhance the productivity.Maintains professional demeanour, shows empathy for customers, communicates and respect.Creates an optimal work environment by establishing and maintaining positive and respectful work relationships.Strong commitment to achieving goals and driving issues to resolution.Holds self and team accountable for keeping commitments, maintaining standards, and achieving goals.
