Responsibilities Works with the Clinical Director to help oversee delivery of consumer support services for an assigned location

Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activitiesProvides services that promote consumer choice and facilitates independenceSupervises assigned staffCrisis Assessment and medical/behavioral emergencyConducts variety of assessments such as suicidal, Vestibular Assessment, immediate needs, functional, living skills, and resource acquisitionsComplete Interpretative summariesDevelops crisis/treatment/behavioral plans and goals for clientsWrites Progress notes, summaries, and dischargesGroup and Individual Counseling servicesSkills TeachingCase ManagementHousehold managementImplements the treatment/rehabilitative activities and strategiesCrisis PreventionMedication AdministrationReports significant / major incidents or accidentsCooperates in external / internal investigations as requested.Establishes high levels of mutual trust and support with othersProvides coaching/learning environmentIdentifies successes and areas for improvement for employees.Expresses positive expectations of others, even in difficult situationsDelegates tasks or responsibilities for the purpose of developing other’s abilitiesRewards good performance and promotes employee recognition.Coordinates staff training designated to meet staff educational needs, licensing standards and consumer needs Encourages staff to report issues of non-compliance through appropriate channelsComplete Employee evaluations when scheduledProvides and promotes consumer choice and facilitate independenceSupervises operations to ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirementsPerforms other duties designed to improve employee effectiveness as a member of the teamPromoting the operation in a positive manner to the community and outside agenciesPromotes/encourages community integration and choice makingDependable, accepts responsibility for attendance and punctualityConducts self in a professional and ethical manner Cooperates and is willing to assist others, accepts directionDemonstrates productive individual and teamwork behaviorsHandles information in a confidential mannerCommunicates in an open and honest mannerNotifies proper authorities of circumstances or situations that present possible health hazardsObserves and implements established policies on health, safety, security, code of conduct, regulation, and company policiesOther duties as assigned Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field required from accredited college or universityMinimum of 2000 hours (post Bachelors degree) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness requiredValid driver’s license and car insurance required Supervisory experience preferredAbility to communicate verbally and in writingExperience in managing systems, processes, and peopleOperate general office equipmentGood organizational skills and attention to detailCapable of working responsibly with highly confidential informationMust be able to work independently as well as part of a team About our Line of Business SpringPath Mental Health Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, assists individuals with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric disorders which result in functional impairments in traditional day-to-day life activities.
