Support the recruitment & onboarding of freelance sales reps as you scale

Share market insights with HQ to influence go-to-market strategy

Test new tools, messaging & partnerships to boost acquisition

After proving success, step into a Territory Manager role

Build and lead your own team of freelance Field Sales Representatives

Have a track record in B2B field sales, ideally with SMEs

Love being out in the field, closing deals face-to-face

Are ambitious & see yourself moving from top seller to team leader

Thrive in commission-driven environments

Know your local market (or learn it fast!)

Have experience in POS, payments, telecom, energy, or similar sectors

💡 Bonus points if you’ve managed or mentored freelance/commission-based teams or worked in fintech, SaaS, or merchant tech.
