The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 1:00 am with the potential for Saturdays and holidays.

Operate machinery, equipment and use tools when necessary Communicate production needs with team members Ensure Operators have all materials needed to do their job Assist Operators with machine issues Train, adhere to and enforce all safety rules and company policies Assist with coaching employees

Qualifications, Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience required Must have a valid driver's license Prior manufacturing lead experience strongly preferred Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook email preferred Ability to communicate (verbal and written) Experience driving a sit down forklift and 24 foot box truck preferred Must be able to work Saturdays and holidays
