Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, assess needs and suggests productsMeet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basisTrain team membersAssist team members with closing salesOverall team productionProfessionally resolve customer complaints; escalate as appropriateClient deposit follow-upEnsure compliance with Company policy and proceduresAccurately submit work schedules to Manager for approvalAccurately track inventory receipt and count as appropriateResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail OperationsPerform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

Meet established monthly/weekly personal and team sales quota/goalsCustomer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED requiredDemonstrated long-term excellent sales performanceExcellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsImpeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environmentMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAble to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
