Job Description:
Primary responsibilities are to lead and manage project team members at a job site; develop and mentor the team through planning and execution of tasks; monitor and reinforce company guidelines, policies, and procedures and; ensure safety of team, client, and property.
Job site activities may include any or all of the following:Sorting and organizing client’s household contents in preparation for selling, donation or disposalSetup for an Online Auction or in-person Estate SaleConducting an orderly Estate Sale or Auction PickupPacking clothing, décor objects, and personal items in preparation for a moveUnpacking at the destination location; putting away personal items, hanging artwork, connecting electronicsCoordinating and overseeing hauling and donation pickups Driving a van or truckLoading/unloading donations, furniture or trash

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage work activity at a job site; ensure adherence to budgeted labor hours Ensure equipment and supplies reach each job site, are properly maintained, and returned to secured location Report incidents and/or accidents to management in a timely mannerMonitor/reinforce safety proceduresCommunicate updates to clients, team and managementManage immediate employee concerns or disciplinary needs per Company policyNotify and assist management with ongoing or employee issues or disciplinary actionEnsure team member hours are reported to management for payroll in a timely mannerQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's or Associate degree, or 4 years professional work experience2 years supervisory experienceAvailable to be on-site most weekdays & occasional Saturdays 7:45am-4pmLead and manage a team of 1 to 4 people in a fast-paced and unique work environmentProblem solving and decision-making skillsCustomer service, organizational, written, verbal and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, or Google Docs equivalent appsMust be able to lift and move 30 poundsMust be able to walk up and down stairs with easeMust be able to stand and work for long periods of timeMust have a valid driver’s license and a reliable carComfortable with a part-time, flexible schedule (no guarantee of hours/week)Capable of working in cluttered, dusty or dirty environments (PPE is provided), and varying weather conditions A computer and a smart phone for scheduling, time-keeping & project management appsBenefits:Make a difference in the lives of local families and communitiesLearn while you earn - every day and every project is differentBe part of a supportive and encouraging professional teamFeel connected with other people who value your workEnjoy a flexible schedule so you can balance your life and support your health & well-beingFinancial incentives availableLocal candidates only
