PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identifying key talents within the team and assign them with result-oriented projects
2. Identifying the training for the team members to improve their skillsets
3. Develop and review Metrics to ensure effective process management along with analytical inputs
4. Performance discussion at regular intervals – Provide feedback, identify high and low performers, provide performance improvement plans when required and recognize high potentials
5. Monitor daily performance of the team with effective supervision
6. Act as intermediary between process requirement and team challenges by providing effective solutions
7. Addressing team concerns and guide them on career advancements
8. Motivating team members by providing challenging assignments and rewards and recognition
9. Guide the Process Leads/Team members to manage crisis situations/customer expectations
10. Drive process improvement ideas and its implementation
11. Talent engagement by providing cross functional activities and opportunities to work Inter BU
12. Take active part in weekly/monthly meetings with customers by explaining the process related issues and providing possible solutions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/MBA/ ICWA Inter or CA Inter
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
B com/MBA Finance with good academic recordShould be self motivated with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.At least 7 years of experience in Finance Shared Service operationsShould be strong on Internal controls, processes and systems· Work exposure on any ERP’s like SAP would be an added advantage
· Candidate must have an advanced understanding and strong work experience in accounting practices.
Candidate should have a good understanding a reasonable level of experience in working within a Shared Services environment.
