Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Team Lead to oversee our 2nd shift Bullets Team in Tecumseh, MI. The successful candidate will lead with calm and confidence, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency on the production floor.

ResponsibilitiesLead a team as a source of calm, confidence, and technical knowledge.Ensure safety is the number one priority on the production floor.Execute a production plan, including daily metrics and weekly inventory.Supervise, mentor, and train a team of 2-4 operators.Work directly with maintenance in troubleshooting equipment.Serve as a process expert, able to step into any role in the department and support your team.Essential Skills3 years of supervision experience.Experience overseeing a team of 3 or more.Ability to train new hires and work hands-on.Capability to create schedules.Additional Skills & QualificationsSkills in supervision, production supervision, production management, and production.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a foundry setting, characterized by high temperatures and humidity, with some ovens reaching up to 3,000 degrees. This position is for the 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11 pm, with overtime and weekends as needed, and includes a $1 shift premium.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
