About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our automotive manufacturing plant. The Team Lead will oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate team members, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production associates on the assigned shift

Ensure all team members follow safety policies and quality standards

Train, mentor, and develop associates to meet production goals

Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines

Report production updates, issues, and successes to management

Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance

Requirements

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment

Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
