Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)Assign tasks to team members throughout the shiftMonitoring productivity of the team and providing feedback and coachingAuditing the quality of the work produced by the teamCompleting all documentation and related paperworkPromoting safety and motivating team membersTeam Lead Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution facility using a warehouse management systemPrevious Team Lead experience is requiredBe self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervisionAbility to effectively communicate (Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred) Ability to work overtime when neededApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
