We are looking for a results-driven **Customer Success Team Lead** to join one of our accounts. You will lead a team of talented customer success associates, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and team performance. **What you'll be doing:**
+ Oversee and manage a team of customer success associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements, including attendance and performance monitoring.
+ Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure that quality, productivity, and customer service standards are met or exceeded.Maintain detailed reports and tracking documents for feedback and action plans. Ensure accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions, sharing insights with the team.
+ Handle escalated customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Provide guidance to team members on handling customer objections and using counter-objections effectively to facilitate sales closings.
+ **This is a Fully Remote position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 18:00 PM - 03:00 AM.**
**What we're looking for:**
+ Prior experience in Leadership within a Sales, Customer Success or Customer Support capacity.
+ Fluency in English - written and spoken.
+ Ability to mentor and empower team members, fostering an environment that promotes professional growth and enhanced performance.
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
+ Organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
+ A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the capability to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service.
+ Ability to inspire and motivate a team to collaborate effectively, driving collective success.
+ Capable of working independently under high pressure, maintaining a high degree of autonomy while ensuring quality standards are met.
+ Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work, fostering effective relationships with both team members and clients.
