Job DescriptionResponsible for the review and processing of customer benefits applications, provide support to customer benefits related transactions within SLA. To proactively resolve customer related issues and where necessary ensure quick service recovery.

First Degree Field of Study – General social scienceProfessional qualification and or second degree will be an added advantageMinimum Experience
