Area
At the Montevideo HUB we have the Human Resources Services (HRS) area, where we accompany the employee journey of more than 23,000 BASF employees, from their entry to graduation. In March 2021 we began to build the Human Resources team for the Americas, which today has more than 200 people impacting the entire value chain of BASF, among other things, it is in charge of attracting and recruiting talent, developing the Employer Brand, working for the development of people, designing the compensation and benefits package, and they operate the administrative processes related to the management of Human Resources.
Main Objective of the Position
The Team Coordinator will provide essential support to the Talent Services Manager. Facilitating the achievement of service objectives, ensuring process quality, and promoting a positive experience for both the team and our stakeholders. The Team Coordinator will serve as the administrative point of contact, coordinating the team with a focus on continuous improvement and results, and ensuring that service delivery objectives are met, and service quality metrics are achieved.
Main Tasks
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with team coordination and engagement.Coordinate daily team operations, ensuring smart use of resources and smooth service delivery.Monitor KPIs and uphold high-quality standards across recruitment services.Drive process improvements in talent acquisition, aligning with business needs.Keep the team informed, equipped, and connected to deliver results.Own documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing across recruiting processes.Act as the go-to contact for audits and ensure compliance.Manage recruitment tools and vendor performance.
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements
Education: Graduated from University Careers related to the role. Graduate of Postgraduate / master’s degree (valued)Working Experience: 5 to 8 years of work experience combined with 1 to 3 years in leadership positions. Language Skills: Intermediate-advanced in English.Technical Skills: Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems like Success Factors or Taleo.Ability to create reports and analyze data.Soft Skills: Strong communicator – clear verbal and written skills, active listening, and feedback exchange.Highly organized – excels at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Skilled negotiator – persuasive and effective across all organizational levels.Adaptable – thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change.Growth mindset – committed to continuous learning and team development.Strategic planner – goal-oriented with strong prioritization and timeline management.Customer-centric – deeply understands client needs and business context.
