We are looking for: Associate Architect – Team Architect Microservices & Backend Systems,

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Design and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable backend architectures.

·       Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.

·       Lead the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

·       Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance in backend development using “C#, .NET Core and RESTful APIs”.

·       Oversee frontend integration using Angular and TypeScript.

·       Ensure effective containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

·       Team & Project Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, ensuring high-quality code and design reviews.

·       Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA to deliver features on time.

·       Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.

·       Partners management: Engage with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·       Present architectural proposals, technical roadmaps, and progress updates to leadership and clients.

·       Prepare and deliver technical documentation, proposals, and solution blueprints.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend systems.

·       -Proven experience in microservices architecture, C#/.NET Core, and REST API development.

·       Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices.

·       Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and partner management skills.

·       Experience in writing technical proposals and architectural documentation.

·       Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers.

·       Good to Have: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.

·       Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

·       Certifications in cloud technologies or architecture.
