Team Administrator
Description We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations while interacting with individuals in the local community. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate events, and ensure seamless communication across the team. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, occasionally working evenings to ensure their success. • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support business operations. • Serve as a point of contact for community members, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Zoom to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration. • Perform multitasking duties in a fast-paced office environment, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. • Ensure a detail-oriented image is upheld when representing the company during interactions with external stakeholders. • Handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of organization. • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or team support roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other relevant software. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to take direction and execute tasks independently. • A detail-oriented demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with community stakeholders. • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Tech-savvy with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
