The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher, helping children with their learning, and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support.
Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation.
Supporting children with additional needs.
Creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced working in a primary school setting (or with transferable skills).
Patient, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
Confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
Ideally holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3), although experience will also be considered.
