Aspire People is currently recruiting a confident and adaptable Primary TA to work across all key stages at a forward-thinking secondary school in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people while expanding your experience within a new environment.

The Role:
Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and age groups (KS3-KS5)

Assist students with additional needs, offering 1:1 and small group support

Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils with transition from primary-style support to more independent secondary learning

About You:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary setting

Confident supporting pupils of varied abilities and age groups

Proactive, flexible, and approachable with a nurturing attitude

Able to build positive relationships with students and staff

A relevant TA qualification or experience working in education is desirable
