Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience ? High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. ? Prior experience working with children with autism or special needs strongly preferred. ? ABA training, RBT certification, or coursework in special education is a plus (but not required). Skills & Attributes ? Calm, patient, and emotionally attuned demeanor. ? Strong observational and communication skills. ? Ability to follow behavior plans with consistency and care. ? Willingness to receive coaching and feedback. ? Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. Requirements ? Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting. ? Current negative TB test. ? Authorization to work in the United States. ? Physical ability to support students throughout the school day (standing, walking, assisting with transitions).
