Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI)

Are you a passionate and fully credentialed Teacher for the Visually Impaired or a recent graduate eager to complete your Clinical Fellowship? Cross Country Education is searching for Speech Language Pathologists in Romeoville, IL for the '25 - '26 School Year!

Position Overview: 

Provide specialized instruction and support to K-12 students with visual impairments. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to foster academic and functional independence. Adapt instructional materials to meet the unique learning needs of students with visual impairments, ensuring equitable access to the curriculum. Collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and support personnel to facilitate comprehensive communication to coordinated services.

Qualifications: 

IL Professional Educator License (PEL) [Required] Teacher of Students Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired Endorsement [Required] Knowledge of current teaching techniques for students with visual impairments
