This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking tax professional who values collaboration, career growth, and client-centered innovation. 85K TO 100 PLUS OVERTIME AND GREEAT BENEFTIS pto, 401K and strong medical and dental plan, Key Responsibilities: + Review & Compliance: Conduct detailed tax preparation and some review of trust, S-corp, and C-corp tax filings, ensuring precision and compliance with all applicable regulations. + Tax Preparation: Prepare complex tax returns, maintaining accuracy and adherence to current tax laws. + Tax Research & Consulting: Perform in-depth research on intricate tax matters and communicate findings and tailored recommendations to clients effectively. + Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to address tax-related issues, providing proactive strategies for optimization and planning. + Mentorship: Guide and develop entry-level tax staff through hands-on mentorship, promoting their growth and success within the organization. + Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for clients. + Workload Management: Balance responsibilities effectively during peak seasons while preserving quality and attention to detail in deliverables. + Departmental Growth: Support new initiatives and assist with efforts to attract new clients and expand the department’s impact.
