You'll make a difference by:
Indirect tax compliance
Prepare and file monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) returns for both domestic and international payments, applying treaty benefits under the Double Tax Agreement (DTA) where applicable. Manage Value Added Tax (VAT) compliance, including monthly VAT and VAT reversed charge submissions. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to monitor and follow up on tax invoices to ensure full utilization of input VAT within the allowable six-month period.Handle other indirect taxes such as Specific Business Tax (SBT) filings and reviewing contracts to assess Stamp Duty (SD) obligations and ensure accurate submissionsMaintain and review WHT certificates received from customers to ensure completeness and proper documentation.Reconcile tax-related accounts to ensure accurate bookings and filings and maintain comprehensive documentation for all tax obligations.Corporate Income Tax & Transfer Pricing
Assist in preparing data for the half-year and annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) filings and quarterly deferred tax computations.Support the preparation of Transfer Pricing Disclosure Form, Transfer Pricing Documentation, and related documentation in line with regulatory requirements.Tax Advisory & Tax Audit Support
Conduct tax research and data analysis to respond to queries from business units regarding daily operations, new initiatives, cross-border transactions, and contract reviews.Prepare presentations and professional correspondence to communicate tax positions clearly.Support the Tax Manager in handling tax audits and disputes, including preparing supporting documents and liaising with the Revenue Department.Project & Stakeholder Engagement
Participate in tax-related projects such as new regulation implementation, process improvements, and system enhancements.Collaborate with internal and external teams including shared services, accounting, business controllers, external auditor and external advisor to ensure tax matters are well understood and effectively managed.You'll win us over by:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field. A degree in Accounting is highly preferred.Strong Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting, ideally within a Big 4 firm or a multinational corporation.Proficiency In Accounting and Tax laws: Good understanding of Thailand’s corporate tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing (including CIT, WHT, VAT, SBT and SD), and accounting principles.Technical Competencies: Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to explain tax matters clearly to both finance and non-finance teams.Ownership and Independence: Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of accountability, confidently taking ownership of responsibilities and delivering results while working autonomously and collaboratively within the team.What we offer
