Description
We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in tax management and public accounting to lead client engagements, supervise staff, and identify growth opportunities. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in shaping team success and delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert within the business unit, sharing insights and expertise with the team.
• Evaluate and refine internal departmental procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and communicate business opportunities for clients and the organization, contributing to strategic growth.
• Analyze industry trends to address client challenges and present solutions to management and team members.
• Oversee engagement deliverables and conduct final reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop new client relationships, participate in meetings, and assist with proposal creation.
• Understand and address clients’ Plan requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive team culture by supporting management decisions and encouraging collaboration.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support organizational goals.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Active licenses, with a commitment to maintaining them.
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software systems.
• Willingness to travel based on business needs.
