What You'll Do

As a Tax Senior Manager in a large multinational organization, you will be primarily responsible for U.S.

income tax accounting (ASC 740), US tax return compliance, and various internal reporting initiatives.

This role combines operational responsibilities with project-based work across domestic and

international tax areas. As a key member of the global tax reporting and analysis team, you will

collaborate closely with global tax colleagues, global accounting and control colleagues, and external

advisors, contributing to our dynamic and flexible organizational structure.

Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated year-end income tax provision workpapers in a large multinational enterprise including financial statement footnotesResponsible for forecasting and reporting of the effective tax rate and cash taxesCoordinate the preparation of the U.S. consolidated tax return including various federal form (8858, 8865, 5471, 1118)Manage the preparation and review of consolidated, unitary, and standalone state income tax returns, along with year-end income tax provisions for U.S. reporting entitiesManage the monthly US S&U tax function including work papers to support monthly payment and annual filingsImplement global tax policies, standard operational procedures, processes, and systems used for income tax calculations, reporting and monitoring of related complianceSupport local offices and Global teams with tax and statutory compliance including tax audits and other reporting requirements and reconciliationsFocus on simplified, standardized and automated files, leverage technology and be a key responsible stakeholder for process improvement initiatives to address risk and efficiencies through automation and optimization of technologyLeverage SAP as the tool to align / bring consistency in tax reporting

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Provision, tax reporting and return preparation in a combination of Big 4 public accounting and multinational corporate environment.Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degreeRequires professional tax qualification/certification attained from a recognized accounting body (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA)A good understanding of SAPExpertise in MS office suites (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Gen AI tools (Chat GPT)Organized, analytical and methodical with a strong sense of process improvement within the control risk frameworkEffective communication skills – quickly understands key aspects of the discussion and accurately update the stakeholders, has an appropriate level of detailing in the communication.Flexible working schedule to accommodate US time zone crossover
