WHAT YOU'LL DO: 1)Provide continual inter-departmental communications to enhance Tax CoE effectiveness in dealing with critical Client or Region service issues. 2)Demonstrates leadership skills that support the organizational goals, values and mission through effective, frequent communication with on-shore operations to ensure consistent process, procedures and service levels are delivered. 3)Establishes department and individual goals and objectives to develop a cohesive, responsive, and responsible department. Communicates progress through department meetings and performance reporting and planning. 4)Ability to consistently motivate and improve the overall associate experience 5)Create/maintain a positive learning environment that supports associate growth 6)Mediate any interpersonal issues; conflict management 7)Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in Tax process 8)Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities including team briefings and other trainings 9)The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions 10)Review all procedural alerts and provide updates/instructions to the organization and act as a technical resource for the department. 11)Escalation Management 12)BU Management 13)Identify business pain points and suggest business process improvement ideas 14)Bring your whole self to work, every day!
