Description We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex tax engagements while working with a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in individual and entity tax matters and demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills. Responsibilities: • Oversee the preparation and review of individual and entity tax returns to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses. • Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and delivering high-quality service. • Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues, presenting findings and recommendations to clients. • Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to streamline and maintain accurate financial records. • Assist in entity formation processes, including tax implications and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients. • Train and mentor entry-level staff, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing. • Participate in business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand client services. Qualified candidates contact Daniel Shomo Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management or a similar role. • Proficiency in handling individual and entity tax matters. • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and businesses. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
