This position is open because the current Tax Manager is moving up a level, to a different function in the CFO's org chart. Duties include: * Manage federal and state tax returns * Prepare and review Form 990 tax return filings * Communicate with IRS and state tax authorities * Support external tax consultants * Prepare Financial Reporting (including non-tax reporting and focusing on all 3 financial statements) * Present Financial Reporting to senior executive team * Prepare Financial Statements and Footnotes * Assist with Month End Close
