This role focuses on expanding revenue from existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through strategic short- and long-term planning. This director opening requires managing practice operations effectively, including billing, realization, and meeting charge hour objectives, while ensuring quality control standards. Serving as a trusted advisor, the individual will maintain key client relationships, lead business development efforts, and execute a personal marketing plan. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing technical expertise as a Subject Matter Expert, and fostering a positive team culture aligned with management decisions. Skills and Requirements
Must haves:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Must have active CPA
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements including ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
• Experience advising high net worth individuals and S Corps or C Corps
