The opportunity

 

A Tax Manager is expected to manage a significant and diverse portfolio of client engagements (projects) that aim to address important tax affairs, ensuring excellent client service both from compliance and advisory standpoints, whilst signing out most completed tax returns. A Tax Manager will have a team of junior and senior tax consultants on their engagements and be expected to influence their development. They will carry out role model appropriate behaviours reflecting EY core values and role model of successful tax professional leveraging on tax expertise and work-life balance. They will be responsible for assisting the Tax Partners to develop new client relationships and tax services on local and international markets.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service in area of tax Build relationships both within EY and externally with clients and other stakeholders, identifying opportunities and managing expectations Contribute to winning new projects by proactively managing existing clients relationships and contribute to successful new clients relationships Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken Mentor and develop junior team members

Salary: 4600 – 6100 EUR gross. Part of the salary depends on the results.
