Our people in risk and quality compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for client teams, providing advice and solutions. As a team we navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to protect the PwC Brand and reputation.
As an Associate in the TLS Risk & Quality (R&Q) Onboarding Team, you will be a key enabler in the client onboarding lifecycle. The role focuses on supporting the TLS practice across the ME region in ensuring compliance with risk management processes.
The selected individual will have the unique opportunity to get a broad overview of the TLS practice and to be a dedicated R&Q contact for specific Business Units (BU), providing real-time, responsive support throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Job Description
The TLS Risk & Quality (R&Q) Onboarding Team advises TLS client-facing staff team on internal risk management matters. The Associate will have a variety of stakeholders, across all grades, and will act as a conduit for other R&Q functions including Independence, Compliance and the Office of General Counsel.

Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value include but are not limited to:
· Being the first point of contact for client onboarding queries and/or requests from TLS engagement teams providing timely and solution-focused advice.
· Managing multiple onboarding requests simultaneously whilst meeting the required SLAs; prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring timely completion.
· Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the diverse perspectives and needs of the TLS practice, in addition to the cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.
· Ability to use a broad range of technology tools (e.g. Salesforce), methodologies and techniques to deliver compliance, generate new ideas and solve problems.
· Using critical thinking to apply appropriate risk protocols across diverse client and engagement scenarios while meeting PwC’s internal compliance standards.
· Understand the broader objectives of your role and how your work fits into the overall strategy and enables teams in their delivery of the TLS engagement lifecycle.
· Use reflection to develop self-awareness, enhance strengths and address development areas.
· Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Contributes ideas to streamline onboarding processes and enhance user experience.
· Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the Global Tax Code of Conduct, the Network Code of Conduct, and Audit Independence requirements.
