Job Description

As part of the global tax team (C/TXP team), you will take over the following responsibilities in the areas of Processes, Projects and IT in tax department

Develop and implement concepts to minimize risk and increase efficiency for central tax departments’ worldwide topicsDefine the framework, set standards and provide guidelines, methods and tools to support the worldwide Tax communityConsult the central tax departments; act as mentor, sparring partner for central tax departments’ project managers, process owners, IT ownersLead of worldwide Tax (IT) projects / initiatives and assigned project team(s)Develop and provide target group oriented trainings for the global central tax department’s communityCoordination of central tax departments’ IT applicationsCoordination of data protection and information security topics for central tax departmentOverall coordination of GDPR deletion projectsSupport central tax departments’ process owners with process mappings, enhancements, automation solutions

QualificationsOutstanding project management skills; several years of experience in leading complex (IT) projectsExcellent communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels, functions, regions of the worldwide Bosch organizationExperienced in organizational change and process managementStrong capability to lead in changing settings, across functions, regions, levelsProfound organizational and methodological skillsetStrong analytical, problem-solving attitude and decision-making skills
