Establish governance, indicators, and structured routines to ensure the integrity of the company's tax data.Structure standardized, scalable, and data-quality-oriented tax processes across all systems and stages.Develop and implement robust internal tax policies and procedures.Guide critical decisions, prioritization of risks and opportunities, and tax predictability.Strategy and Digital Transformation
Drive the modernization of tax processes with automation, integrations, calculation engines, and other tax management and automation tools.Translate regulatory changes, including Tax Reform requirements, into processes, controls, and systemic configurations.Lead the design, prioritization, and implementation of tax improvements in Syncro and other messaging, compliance, and calculation platforms.Support strategic projects by evaluating the tax impact of new business initiatives, reviewing the logistics network, and launching products.Participation in the Tax Reform Program
Act as part of the team responsible for implementing the Tax Reform, ensuring procedural and systemic adherence to the new rules.Lead the adaptation of tax systems (SAP, Syncro, messaging systems) to the new CBS and IBS requirements, technical notes, and transactional models.Ensure that the reform's impacts on tax processes, registrations, parameterizations, and integrations are correctly mapped and executed.Support the reform strategy with technical analyses, reliable data, and operational governance.Risk Management and Audits
Identify, anticipate risks, evaluate, and mitigate potential tax risks.Act as a senior focal point with tax authorities.Work collaboratively with the legal team in conducting defenses and responses to the tax authorities.Leadership and Team Development
