Responsibilities Handling the review and the submission of the Local TP documentation for the five legal entities. Handling PCE segmentation for TP audit purposes. Supporting MEC Team in the TP audit for the five legal entities. Handling the Business contracts tax review for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the Capex tax review for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the BL and quarter BSRs review and submission for Snacks & Beverages. Supporting the Business in projects initiatives and blue ships from a tax perspective for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the AOP & tax forecasts review for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the monthly closing and the FAS 109 review for Snacks. Handling DT BS approach review and submission for Snacks and Beverages. Handling Sector Batches quarterly submission following the quarter closings for Snacks & Beverages. Handling CBCR and Pillar II submissions for Snacks & Beverages. Handling DCP tax schedules submission for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the CIT & DT true-up entries and the book to tax reconciliations following the submission of the CIT returns for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the foreign WHT exemption ruling or tax refund with the ETA related to offshore loans and foreign services for Snacks & Beverages. Support Corporate Tax Team in their projects and queries for Snacks & Beverages. Support Sector Tax Team in their projects follow-up queries following the submissions for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the tax health check review requirements and risk assessment / exposure to ensure meeting the Sector requirement and calendar for Snacks & Beverages. Handling the quarter GCS review and submission for Snacks & Beverages. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in Tax, preferably in FMCG. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Strong Tax background, SAP Knowledge, good knowledge of Local and US accounting principles. Postgraduate qualification is a plus preferably CPA, ACCA, ADIT. Member in the Egyptian Society of Taxation and / or the Egyptian Society of Accounting & Auditing would be a plus. Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage tax calendar requirements to ensure deliverables on time and support Business requirements. Analytical skills and accuracy in the details. High Integrity of business ethics. Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility. Excellent command of Arabic and English language. Problem solving skills.
