Airswift is seeking a Tax Analyst - PCD to work on a Permanent position in Niteroi with an Oil and Gas Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Analyze invoices for incoming and outgoing goods and services, as well as import items, verifying the correct calculation and breakdown of taxes to be collected in accordance with tax legislation and internal procedures, ensuring the company's tax compliance: calculate taxes or check the correct calculation (PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS and ISS) and prepare the issuance of Guides for the collection or offsetting of debts.
• Provide guidance to other areas (Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Import, etc.) on the correct observation when receiving documents for incoming and outgoing products. May act in the opening/closing of branches, guiding bureaucratic activity in relation to government agencies;
• Perform monthly tax reconciliation (incoming and outgoing) and process the issuance of Collection Guides for payment or offsetting of taxes, as well as reconcile all tax accounts under their responsibility in SAP;
• Perform the calculation and reconciliation of all returns that may exist within the current month;
• Prepare the files containing the tax entries for calculating stock and taxes due for tax control: detail the stock position, inputs and outputs in terms of values ??and taxes and forward them for accounting;
• Prepare all calculations, validating the tax amounts and guides to be collected, sending them to the superior for validation and authorization of payment;
• Complete the declarations, accessory obligations, as well as the SPEDs Contributions and Tax (ICMS/IPI), to be reported monthly to federal, state and municipal agencies;
• Prepare the issuance of the DUB every six months, and the DECLAN every year, with monitoring of pending issues and clarifications, if any;
• Prepare the issuance of electronic invoices for sales, future delivery, triangulation, import, export, services, among others;
• Analyze Suppliers’ registration data with the Tax Authorities;
• Assist in determining the Tax classification of new products sold;
• Constantly seek guidance and solutions regarding your activities in tax accounting: access bibliography, texts, the Internet, etc. with the aim of updating yourself on tax and accounting legislation;
• Research laws and regulations regarding our business;
• Keep up to date with all changes in legislation and ensure their applicability to our company;
• Monitor the inclusion of tax benefits relevant to our business;
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in tax legislation, communicating the effects of these developments to management and the tax team;
• Provide advice on studies of various alternatives for reducing the tax burden
• Provide assistance to inspectors and auditors, providing them with the clarifications requested or taking responsibility for issuing various documents (questionnaires from public bodies, for example) to comply with legal requirements;
• Provide the information and documentation requested by management, in order to comply with audits and inspections;
• Communicate the results indicated by the audit and inspection immediately to the manager for decision-making;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
• Completed higher education in Accounting. Required Experience:
• Full-time – strong experience in the role
• Advanced English
• MS Office: Word, Power Point and Outlook - Intermediate level
• Advanced MS Office Excel
• Knowledge of SAP modules MM, SD and CO – Intermediate level
