We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join us as Tax Analyst. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.
Your day-to-day:
Tax Compliance:
Oversee the dynamic changes in the tax legislation and ensure the compliance applicability of Tax processes for tax reporting, tax provision, transfer pricing, indirect and direct tax compliance.Implement accuracy in tax reconciliation, tax payment, and tax returns to ensure compliance with tax legislation.Communicate with local and central Tax Administration, build a positive relation with the Tax administration representatives, act as first point of contact and maintain dialogues with tax auditors during the tax audits.Cooperate closely with respective teams of the organization in the tax area to assure proper tax risk mitigation.Provide regular trainings to respective operational teams in the organization to secure and safe company tax position, continuous monitor the changes in fiscal legislation and accurately inform all interested parties about important changes.
Business projects & Initiatives process
Support business projects and initiatives across all functions by providing tax expertise to ensure adherence to legal requirements.Provide internal tax advisory and ensure that respective teams in the organization are trained in the tax area to allow proper task risk mitigation.Cooperate with tax teams from other countries in the cluster, participate in international tax projects, continuous streamlining of the tax processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Who we are looking for:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Law or related field.MSc degree in Tax, Law or Economics will be an asset.3-5 years of experience in finance or tax, preferably.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Excellent analytical thinking skill and ability to work independently for problem solving and help business grow mindful of tax compliance.Ability to thrive in dynamic and multifaceted environment.Capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.Fluent in Serbian and English (both spoken and written).SAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
