We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst Associate to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in tax compliance, reporting, and research within the dynamic healthcare sector. 📍This position will be on site with the possibility of this role becoming hybrid after the candidate is successfully trained and evaluated. What You'll Do + Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance (Income, Sales, Property, Excise, Escheats) + Maintenance & Reconciliation of Tax Account Balances, including adjusting journals + Form W-9 Preparation & Maintenance + Administrative Tasks such as collecting/opening mail, responsibility for the tax deferment inbox, and depositing checks + Special Projects, as assigned What We're Looking For + Education: 4 Year / Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance or similar, required. + Experience: Two years Corporate or Public Tax Compliance, required. + Licensure/Certification: CPA License (or eligible), preferred.
