Are you a detail‑driven tax professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves turning complexity into clarity? Join our team as a Tax Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high‑impact reporting across our business. This is an opportunity to work with high‑volume data, partner with cross‑functional teams, and shape process improvements that elevate how we operate.
What You’ll BringYou have 2+ years of experience in tax compliance, accounts payable, vendor management, or a shared services environment, and you’re ready to take on broader responsibility. You’ve worked hands‑on with IRS 1099 and 1042‑S reporting, have strong Excel skills that allow you to reconcile large datasets with ease, and consistently meet hard regulatory deadlines while keeping accuracy front and center. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and you're energized by solving problems and partnering across the business.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of annual 1099, 1042‑S, and California Form 590 reporting. You’ll manage the collection, validation, and maintenance of vendor documentation—including W‑9 and W‑8 forms—and continuously monitor vendor payments to determine reporting requirements and potential withholding obligations.
You’ll help prepare and reconcile federal and state tax filings, support B‑Notice resolution and IRS correspondence, and maintain compliance calendars that keep the organization ahead of every deadline. Your work will involve close partnership with Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data, and Tax teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality data. You’ll also engage in internal and external audit support and contribute to special reporting projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives within Shared Services.
What Sets You ApartYou’ll stand out if you bring experience from a high‑volume AP Shared Services team or a centralized tax environment, especially within media, entertainment, or large corporate vendor ecosystems. Exposure to vendor master data governance, comfort working with AP, Procurement, Legal, and Tax teams, and a genuine passion for process optimization and automation (not just compliance) will make you an ideal match for this role.
If you’re looking to deepen your tax expertise, collaborate across teams, and make a real operational impact, we’d love to hear from you!
