Job Title: Tax Administrator (Entry Level Accounting)
Job Description
The Tax Administrator provides crucial administrative support to the tax department, focusing primarily on sales and use tax compliance. This role involves maintaining sales tax exemption documentation, executing clerical tasks such as scanning and filing, supporting tax return preparation, and keeping Excel records, including company vehicle mileage logs. Additionally, the position entails releasing credit rebills, managing tax-related mailboxes, and aiding in basic sales tax research and inquiries.
Responsibilities
Review and maintain sales tax exemption documentation.Perform clerical tasks such as scanning and filing documents.Support the preparation of tax returns.Maintain Excel records, including company vehicle mileage logs.Release credit rebills.Manage tax-related mailboxes.Assist with basic sales tax research and inquiries.Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from 2024 or 2025.Ability to create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.Proficiency in tax administration and data entry.Experience working within a large ERP system.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SAP is a plusExposure, understanding, or experience administering tax exemption forms.Data entry experience.Exposure, understanding, or experience working with sales and use tax.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
