In this Tax Accountant role, you will handle various tax-related responsibilities for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, uphold confidentiality, and demonstrate proficiency in corporate tax practices. Responsibilities: + Prepare corporate tax returns for small businesses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. + Manage partnership tax returns, reviewing documentation and financial data. + Complete individual tax returns with precision and attention to client-specific details. + Collaborate directly with staff and senior partners to resolve tax-related issues. + Maintain bookkeeping records and perform general ledger tasks to support financial reporting. + Work closely with clients to address their tax needs and provide guidance. + Stay updated on tax laws and compliance standards to offer informed recommendations. Requirements The ideal Tax Accountant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
