Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor. **More about this role** As part of our Health, Safety & Environment team, you will support our Health Manager in planning, implementing, and communicating initiatives that promote employee health and wellbeing across the site. **Your tasks include:**   •Supporting the development and execution of **local health promotion programs** (e.g. ergonomic workplace assessments, health campaigns, prevention activities),   •Assisting in the organization of **health days, screenings, and wellbeing events,**   •Collecting and analyzing **health-related data** (e.g. participation rates, feedback, absence statistics) and preparing reports and presentations,   •Creating **communication materials** (digital and print) to raise awareness for health topics,   •Supporting the implementation of **corporate wellbeing initiatives** and local adaptation of global Health & Safety standards,   •Collaborating with internal partners such as HR, Occupational Health Physician, and Safety Specialists. **What you need to know about this position:** + **Internship duration:** 6 months + Desired start date in December We particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities.
