We are currently looking for a **Continuous Improvement Intern** to join our Engineering team at our Clinceni plant in Romania. **Your responsibilities** : + Support data collection and analysis (cycle times, downtime, defect rates) to identify improvement opportunities and track KPIs + Maintain performance dashboards and visual management tools to ensure clear visibility of departmental results + Assist in improvement projects by preparing documentation, mapping processes, and tracking action items + Participate in shop floor activities such as Gemba walks, 5S audits, and Kaizen events to support operational excellence + Help develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to root cause analyses + Document best practices and project success stories to enable knowledge sharing across the organization + Prepare materials and provide coordination support for workshops, training sessions, and team meetings **What we’re looking for:** + Student or graduate of Engineering, (Industrial, Systems), Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations Management + Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset + Analytical mindset and good organizational skills + Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel + Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3 + Good communication skills and ability to work in a team + English at communicative level (spoken and written) **What we offer:** + 6 months paid internship in a global FMCG company + Hands-on experience in maintenance planning and production environment + Opportunity to work with modern technologies and experienced professionals + Learning and development opportunities + Friendly, supportive, and inclusive work environment + Possibility of further career opportunities within Mondelez International **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
