Mondelēz International is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals in their final year of studies or recent graduates in Management, Logistics, Engineering or relevant disciplines to join our dynamic team at the Clinceni factory as an intern.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global FMCG company. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and gain valuable insights into advanced manufacturing processes. 

In this exciting and varied role, you will learn and be involved multiple projects and discover processes that make it happen within the Business Development department.

You will learn through real life experience by:

Taking part in implementation of productivity projects - with focus on raw and packaging materials, including implementation of new specifications and supplier switches, etc. within agreed time and budget. Being a contact for defined raw/pack supplier for project implementation, e.g. ofParticipating in new Product Development, new specification and supplier switchesProviding supplier input in cross-functional meetings, eg.: project team meetings, etc Organizing trial execution for supplier related projects (raw materials and packaging)Generating ideas of productivity projects linked to raw materials & packaging materials for category pipelineMaintaining a strong linkage to key stakeholders to minimize waste/scrap costsFacilitating origination cost payments

What You’ll Bring:

Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges.Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.Solid computer skills, would be great to have experience with PowerBi, Process Flow, flow charts.Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)Languages: English & local languageAnalytical & Problem solving skillsStrong collaboration and relationship management skills Final-year students or recent graduates in Food technology, Engineering or relevant disciplines. Project management certification will be an asset
