Banquet Server Overview Snow King Resort Hotel is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet events, serving guests, and ensuring exceptional service throughout each function. It’s a great opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience at a world-class property. Responsibilities Set up banquet functions, including tables, silverware, napkins, drinks, and centerpieces. Serve food and beverages to guests; clear tables and bus dishes. Assist with break stations (coffee, tea, snacks, beverages). Perform food & beverage preparation tasks (brewing coffee, stocking condiments). Clean and reset banquet areas, back halls, and storerooms after events. Provide menu knowledge, answer guest questions, and accommodate special requests/dietary needs. Deliver warm and professional service to ensure guest satisfaction. Support team members and communicate across departments. Monitor safety and cleanliness in all banquet and event areas. Qualifications Qualifications Prior experience in banquet, catering, or restaurant service is preferred. Ability to carry trays and lift up to 30 lbs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $1,300.00/Wk. - $1,350.00/Wk. based on qualifications and experience.
