The Opportunity:
Take on a senior leadership role ensuring the quality and compliance of deliverables at U.S. Air Force bases across the Indo-Pacific. As the Task Order Quality Manager, you’ll oversee quality control planning, site inspections, process audits, and SLA adherence across all phases of BIM program execution. You’ll train field teams, evaluate site installations, conduct validation testing, and recommend process improvements while maintaining strict compliance with DoD and contract requirements. This is a critical role ensuring performance transparency, continuous improvement, and mission assurance in a forward-deployed setting.
Responsibilities:
Senior role with overall responsibility for quality of all deliverables, designs, and configurations. Ensures program performance at or better than approved SLAs. Develops quality control plans and training and conducts periodic compliance audits. Ensures SLA and other program performance transparency through BIM Portal dashboards and data views. Develops project quality assurance plans and implements procedures that conform to contract requirements. Reports findings to project staff, management, and the customer to demonstrate the project’s development process and recommends methods to optimize the organization’s process. Responsible for final site quality inspections as well as overarching management of quality throughout the project. Trains quality staff on site installation quality control techniques, starting at TO start-up and continuing, as appropriate, throughout the period of performance. Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement. Checks testing and validation of the installed solution at the project site. Ensures work site conditions (cleanliness), including restoration of the site to original or better condition. Evaluates quality performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Qualifications:
Required:
Technical BA/BS degree; Experience: 7 years with BA/BS degree; Commensurate: High School diploma or associate degree with a minimum of 10 years performing as a Quality Engineer, Lead, or Manager supporting large, complex projects
Desired:
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience supporting DoD projects, specifically network modernization projects
Certifications: American Society of Quality Excellence (ASQE) – Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
Clearance: Secret Eligible

The proposed salary range for this position is:
