Job DescriptionAre you ready to lead a team that ensures Bosch’s global compliance with international trade regulations? As Tariff/Customs Classification Team Leader, you’ll guide a dynamic team responsible for classifying Bosch’s diverse product portfolio.
Your contribution to something big:
Leading and developing a high-performing team in tariff classification across Bosch’s global product range, from raw materials, components, finished goods, production parts as well as spare parts, under national tariff schemes;
You will be accountable for people leadership, performance management, stakeholder/client relationship management, and project delivery;
Empowering employees through coaching and development, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture;
Acting as a communication bridge between employees, senior leadership, international stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth communication and cooperation;
Driving compliance with company policies, procedures and HR guidelines;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global Foreign Trade functions to deliver seamless classification processes across multiple countries;
Staying ahead of evolving foreign trade regulatory changes on tariff classification across jurisdictions.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Experience & Know-How
Minimum 5 years in trade compliance, tariff classification, or product engineering;At least 3 years in team leadership, people management, or HR-related roles; Solid understanding of HR processes (performance management, conflict resolution, coaching, development);Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, GTS, MIC) is a plus.Languages
Proficiency in English required and German is a plus.Working Style and Methods
