At Bosch Service Solutions, we’re seeking a talented and driven Tariff & Customs Classification Specialist to support our worldwide operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading global organisation, working at the intersection of engineering, international trade, and regulatory excellence.

 

What You'll Do

As a Tariff & Customs Classification Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our products meet international customs and tariff requirements. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and compliance of our supply chain across borders.

Classify a diverse range of products—from raw materials and components to finished goods and spare parts—according to national and international tariff schedulesCollaborate with engineering, product management, and procurement teams to gather technical specifications and documentation for accurate classificationEngage with colleagues across multiple countries, supporting Foreign Trade functions and ensuring consistent compliance across jurisdictionsStay informed on evolving customs regulations and classification standards, proactively adapting to changes in global trade legislation

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for precision. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be eager to grow your expertise in international trade.

✅ Solid experience in trade compliance or product engineering (1–3 years)✅ Proven knowledge of tariff classification principles and practices✅ Ability to interpret technical drawings and product documentation✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking✅ Excellent command of English (German is a plus)✅ Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, GTS or MIC is advantageous✅ Clear communicator with a team-oriented approach
